Yes. You can select your delivery date at checkout. We offer same-day delivery and 30-minute self-pickup. If there’s any issue with your delivery, our team will make it right.

Every order comes with a complimentary A6 printed message card. Type your message at checkout, or we’ll include a blank card (if no message was entered) or if you prefer to write it yourself.

All arrangements arrive gift-ready inside our carrier. Bouquets come in a window gift box, and flower domes arrive in a premium black gift box. Parcel shipping orders are securely packed in a protective shipping box.

You can request changes or cancellations before your order is placed. As we are in a peak season, we fulfill your order as soon as we receive them. Contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to assist. Once prepared or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
