Bergamot Mint Essential Oil originates from the United States and is extracted using steam distillation from the flowering tops of the perennial flowering Bergamot Mint plant. Bergamot Mint is not a well-known oil, but once you experience its incredible properties, it is sure to be an oil you will not forget. Bergamot Mint has a light citrusy, fruity aroma with a hint of mint and is reminiscent of Lavender. This refreshing aroma can provide emotional support, calm the mind, and help renew the spirit. The main constituents are Linalool and Linalyl Acetate, which is well-known for it's uplifting and calming properties. The chemical makeup of Bergamot Mint crosses between Lavender and Bergamot, with a hint of mint. It is safer than other mint oils, and unlike Bergamot, it is not phototoxic. Directions:

For a heavenly serenity bath blend, mix 3 drops of Bergamot Mint and 1 drop each of Mandarin and Sandalwood with 1 tbsp of fragrance-free shampoo. Add 1 cup of Epsom salt and one half cup of full fat crème (optional) to a bath once the water has run and soak your worries away.

To calm an upset tummy mix together 3 drops of Bergamot Mint, 2 drops of Bergamot, and 2 drops of Spearmint with 2 tsps of your favorite Plant Therapycarrier oil and rub on the tummy in a clockwise motion.
